"I hired MHI to replace my siding since the existing siding was incorrectly installed. Pros: The subcontractors did an excellent job. They showed attention to detail, were professional and respectable. The material was good quality and they cleaned up everyday after work. The house looks great. There was a small hiccup with a nail in my electric wire to my HVAC but the company fixed this immediately and promised to cover the cost of the electrician. They offer a lien waiver and flexible payment plans. Cons: The cost was high and the salesman was a bit pushy. I knew I needed to get the project done since I had already lost several pieces of siding in a storm and another contractor unrelated with MHI had recommended I do a complete replacement. However, I felt rushed to accept the proposal on the spot which gave me a bit of buyers remorse the next day. Perhaps the company should change their sales tactics so that customers do not feel so rushed."

"Very nice job on the Bamboo Floor. No complaints. They rebuilt 7 stairs and stained them. In general a great job. I think the finishing for the other parts could have a little been better. Stair risers were left Primed instead of painted. They cleaned up OK. I had to do some myself. I will defiantly still hire them again. I would just be more attentive to certain details, instead of assuming they will get done."

"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. I would absolutely use them again!"

Rob was super helpful from the start and upfront with everything and took all our concerns and worries away. Rob, I am so glad you came to talk to me that day. We had quite a list of repairs. New Roof, siding, gutters, repairing our porch posts, drywall, paint, fence etc. Everyone was so kind to us and any issues that came up they rectified them immediately. I find this incredible in a world where most companies stopped caring about the people Bluebird does care about their customers. Elder, who did the siding cares so much about his work if it wasn't perfect he fixed it before you even knew. The drywall guy was so good you would not know a hole was in our wall. Every crew was particular about cleaning up after and if they didn't you already knew and made sure it was taken care of before we could complain. We truly appreciate all you have done for us and our family. Our home looks even more beautiful than when we built it last fall. We hope we don't need you again ha ha but if we do you will be the first company we call.
