"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

During the work my HVAC return duct was accidentally ripped (like due to age and the poor shape of the crawl space). Things like this happen, but the whole team at Southeast took ownership and fixed the issue. That's what good customer service is all about!"

"Despite others having a higher average rating I hired Regional Foundation because the salesman, John, took his time, did a thorough evaluation and recommended solutions that no one else had which saved me money. The experience with the crew was great, Johnathan the supervisor communicated well and was punctual. I was quoted a week but Juan and Marcos were incredibly hard workers. "Very good. Removed and replaced existing Trex Composite deck boards, plywood underlayment and the existing guard railings was modified as required to meet safety codes. Guard rails were painted. All debris was removed from site and disposed of. New Trex Composite deck boards was installed."

"From start to finish, this was the best experience., Drew the owner assessed the issue, provided a quote. The service was scheduled, the company arrived on time. They spent 1.5 days, the 2nd day being a Saturday and the job was done. They had to fix one of the pilings, sister the joists etc,, as my floor sunk 2 inches. They only came into my house once when the arrived the first day so they could see the affected area. I was able to leave my house while the work was being done. They bill in full after the inspection is completed. Drew also came out and took pictures, at my request just so I could see the work (I dont go into my crawlspace.) He also explained the pictures to me. My house no longer shakes during the spin cycle of the washing machine. I did not expect to see a difference, but I noticed right away. This is a locally owned business. I have to mention that working with Shannon in the office was a pleasure as well. She returned my calls promptly and helped make this a great experience."
