"I called Scott in February to look at what I thought might be a leak in the kitchen. He came the next day, diagnosed the problem and helped me trade out some light fixtures in my bathroom and living room while he was there! After I discovered the leak repairs would require me to pull out my whole kitchen - and had a bad experience with a bully of a contractor sent out by my insurance company, I called Scott again to see if he could help. He came right away, and took care of the kitchen cabinet demo and hauling, replacing the sheetrock, and painting and cleaning up the kitchen so it would be ready for the cabinet installation. I decided to upgrade my bathroom at the same time as getting the kitchen done. Scott was able to fit in the work to coincide with my kitchen work. He took care of demoing the bathroom and hauling everything out, fixed up the walls, painted and tiled the floor. He also replaced my old, cheap doors/frames with updated ones and painted the rest of my hallway and living room while he was working in the bathroom. He was super fast and professional, always laying out all the options and price points before we started any of the work. In short, Scott is the best and will be my first call from now on!"

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

"It took them about an hour and 10 minutes. Routinely, they clean eight rooms and it includes bathrooms, which is small. It is three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and upstairs. On a rotating basis, they will clean every 6 or 8 weeks. I haven’t had any issues that weren’t explainable like if I had a schedule changed, they have a schedule changed, or the weather has gotten our way or something. Two weeks ago, one hour before they were due to arrive, the city turned off my water. They can’t clean without water. They were very responsive to that. They rescheduled me for two days later and showed up on time. I was very pleased with that. Their price is competitive. It’s about the same as everybody else in the city. They are good."
