When Monday came, Lee called to check in when he said he would and showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done. He even left some plumbing supplies to prevent the issue from happening in the future, free of charge. Start to finish it took less than half an hour, and when I asked Lee to clean out my garage line since I had him there, he did not hesitate. It is great when a job is done well, but it is even better when it is done with true customer service in mind. As an added bonus, it wasn't even financially painful as far as home repairs go!
