"First of all, ProQuality found the source of a roof leak that the last three or four people that did failed patch work at my house never found. I have been sold skylights, shingles that I probably did not need over the past 3 years. When I called ProQuality, they had someone to my house the next day. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and found where water was making it way to the way other side of my roof from chimney flashing. Clearly.
