"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and one other man completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at too high of price/value ratio compared to other options in our area."

"Gary and his crew did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. Almost 1200 square feet and in a beautiful stain. photo is before and after."

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"I provided both self-leveling spacers and level box, but installer didn't use either and floor is not flat with many tiles 1/4" or more sticking. I can live with it, but not very happy."

"We had our shower area replaced and the install took 1 day. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful and the shower was customized to my liking!! Would highly recommend !!"

"Very courteous and hard working. Love our refinished floors"

"Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive."

"We recently had tile installed in our store, and the results are absolutely amazing. They took the time to prepare the space properly and made sure every tile was perfectly aligned and securely placed. The craftsmanship really stands out?the floors look clean, modern, and have completely elevated the appearance of our store. If you?re looking for high-quality tile installation with great attention to detail and excellent customer service, I highly recommend them."

"Ace did a great job. Very pleased with both the quality of work and price. It is like fair trade for flooring. Why pay the bigger companies, when you can go directly to the folks that do the work. We love our refinished white oak floors. The Early American stain with a semi-gloss finish that Ace applied brought out all the character and beauty of the wood. Be patient with Ace when it comes to phone call and emails. Ace will get back with you. Ace doesn't pay someone to sit in an office to take calls and send emails. The benefit is that you aren't paying for that either. In summary, great people, excellent work and the best price. For those who want schmooze, hand holding and a slick salesman look elsewhere. However, for practical customers who care most about quality and price...Ace Flooring is the place."
