"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed.
