He flushed them with water prior to and after cleaning. However, I have boxwoods that are dead, next to my house, on the street side. Hence this is the C grade on Quality. I will have to replace them."

"They do very good work. The only issues I had were with responsiveness and follow through. I had them remove a bathtub and install a shower and they didn't plane the shower at enough of a decline so now the water stands in the shower and doesn't drain properly. I wanted them to come back to fix that as well as to lower the curtain rods and that never ended up happening. I was willing to pay them to come back and they assured me they would come, and just kept putting me off so I had to hire someone else to come do it. It was really disappointed because they did good work and I really liked Rickey, the owner, but they just never followed through with their promises,"
