"Satisfied with the way the team worked. They cleaned up before they left for the day. Communicated with them that they would arrive each day very pleasantly. My specific request for this project was for real wood cabinets. However, the cabinets installed are made of fiberboard coated with white laminate. Furthermore, there is a visible reddish color showing through the material. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work, and it has been embarrassing to have visitors notice these defects. Given that the materials provided do not match what was requested, I am seeking a refund for half of the total amount paid. The total cost of the project was $21,848.00, making the requested refund amount $10,924.00."

"These folks were a pleasure to work with. From our first contact with them, each person was able to answer questions and provide suggestions to help us get through this project without any problems. The demolition and installation was completed in a very short time. Clean up was very thorough. We are very pleased with our beautiful new shower and looking forward to using it for years to come."
