First off, like the other reviewer said, if you went through Home Depot and had a bad experience with this company, I suggest you call Home Depot directly. Don't bother calling the company because they will not help you. Home Depot should know what kind of people they are in business with. I had a fence installed by this company recently. We had everything mapped out before the installation day. I have an irrigation system, and the piping runs at the fence line to the backyard on the side of the house. I informed the installers that it was there, and I even showed them exactly where they ran. Despite all of that, they still cut not only mine but my neighbors? piping. On top of that, they left tons of nails and screws in my backyard for my dog to find and step on. I had to buy a magnet to get them up, and I'm still not sure I got all of it. The last thing, I'm not sure what they did, but they completely destroyed my grass."

To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story.
