"Steve took my call and was professional and courteous throughout. He ensured that we had a clear understanding of the work I was requesting and what that would entail for his crew. The team of two showed up on time, were clean in appearance, and were extremely polite and professional. I had several questions and concerns throughout the inspection and they were very patient, and thorough with the explanations. Cost was $120 (minimum for house call) but I used a coupon which took it to $84"

"We had a reoccurring puddle in our yeard when we used large amounts of water. On a day off, I called in the afternoon, and the man made an appointment to do an estimate the following day. A couple of hours later, he called back because of a conflict in his schedule. To my delight, he offered to come over immediately instead, which worked better for our schedule. He came over, on time, with an assistant. They attempted to assess the problem, but were honest when noting that they couldn't be sure of the exact issue until digging. We made an appointement for them to return later that week. Upon return, they determined that we had to have a section of the pipe replaced. Later that afternoon, they began work, and finished the next day. The only issue I had was the giant mound of dirt they left behind. Because of the size difference in the pipe they replaced, there was a dirt pile 3.5 feet tall and 20 feet long. Eventhough some had to remin behind to compensate for settling, some could have been carried away. While the price was high, it wasn't higher than the service from another company. Both men who came were polite, helpful, informative, and professional. I hope we don't have to use them again (who needs more septic problems?), but we would."

"Originally they thought they would have to open up the wall in our living room (we had just remodeled it a few months earlier, and did not look forward to that. However, after removing the upstairs sink/vanity and opening that area, they found a way to run the new lines without opening the living room wall. They did have to open the main floor wall behind the stove. Pete and Anthony were the two servicemen and both were very professional and friendly. It was pretty much an all day job, but the results were great with minimal tear out. Since they are plumbers, they do not do the drywall or flooring work needed to put things back.( We are using Angie's list for that also. We would definitely recommend and use Easreday again. Kudos to Pete and Anthony for a great job. BTW, they came in at the low estimate, we are happy cam pets! <br />"

"I use Shane to install a sewer check valve. He gave me <br /> several options and recommendations. During the course of the work, it became <br /> apparent that additional repairs were needed. Shane informed me of the <br /> situation immediately. Again he provided several options and recommendations. <br /> He performed the work at the time scheduled in a competent <br /> and professional manner. Took a little longer than we expected however it was <br /> still under the bid price. He cleaned up the job and I was very happy with the <br /> work performed. <br />"

"Had a sewer backup and rented a 100 foot long main line auger. The auger went out basically 100 feet and found a few minor roots, but the backup persisted, and I knew that I needed something longer. <br /> So, I called various companies and these guys had schedule availability, and they assured me that they had an auger that could go more than 100 feet. I've had this done before, and it has been around $200. The desk person said that they would call me again when they were and quot;on the wayand quot;. <br /> On the call back, I again verified that they had an auger that was more than 100 feet. I was assured that they did have. <br /> Well, they get there, and they don't have an auger that is more than 100 feet. BUT, they have the ability to and quot;jetand quot; the line out past 100 feet, and and quot;you get a free video of the line to make sure it is clean afterwardsand quot;.... All for a mere $419. I didn't care about the video, but I needed the sewer fixed. So, rather than continue to go through the hassle of finding another company, etc etc... I told them to go ahead and do it. <br /> So, they jetted the line. The backup drained away, and the video was scheduled for the next morning. <br /> Next morning arrives. The video guy comes, and does a good job with the video work. He gets down the line about 90 feet or so and finds that the sewer line had broken and was mostly blocked. It was going to have to be dug up and replaced. Upon using his nifty finder tool, he determined that it was right on the edge of the street. He said this was going to complicate repair as they'd have to dig up a bit of the street. Long story short, I ended up getting a quote to fix that little section for about $7,000 and change. The guy was friendly and professional. And, in retrospect, it was a great thing to have gotten the video. Points to them for that. :) <br /> I shopped around and found a company that said they thought they could fix the problem without getting under the street for about $1,500, and if they had to go under the street it would be $3,000. And, the quote included replacing the broken section as well as the remaining and quot;olderand quot; pipe back about 10 feet to connect with newer, which greatly reduced the odds of future problems. <br />"
