They pick up and removed all the trash and leftover materials. They did a complete walk around to be sure all trash etc were pickup. "I had a quote to re-roof my house, shingles on the main house and a flat asphalt rolled on the addition, from the company that did the roof inspection (Specialty). They did not bid the rolled portion and it took me two days to learn they do not do rolled. Because my house was in Midland, time was of the essence. Chris gave me a bid within a day and two days later they replaced both roofs plus repaired termite damage around the roof areas. Great job. Cleaned up and came back to replace the screens I had on the gutter. Would use them again in a flash if I were staying in the area."

"Ken is a professional. He arrived on time for the estimate and began the work when he said he would. He power washed my house and sidewalk - which made it look wonderful!. The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. "Got the last-minute siding maintenance deal.
It was a while ago, but I remember that he rescheduled a couple of times, and then when he did come he was late and seemed irritated. He looked at the house and gave me an astronomical estimate to basically replace all the weatherboards. (I told him I knew they were in kindof rough shape, but I didn't need the whole house to be redone-- I just wanted to see if he could fix a couple of the bad ones.)  It felt like he was totally annoyed and condescending with me because my house wasn't perfect and because I live in a neighborhood that's a little rough. Seemed like he was not exactly used to being called out to an area like my 'hood.  We agreed that he could do some minimal work to at least get the value of the angie's list deal purchase. Weeks went by and nobody never called to follow up. 
Maybe he just had a bad day--everyone has one, and I understand that--but my experience was not a good one. 
I ended up calling Angie's list and they refunded my money for the deal.

"Overall it went well. We had a few bumps but David was always available to be sure we were happy. It took about 3 weeks longer to complete the project than what was originally quoted. We had some problems with workers not showing up as promised. But there were others that were very reliable. We were very appreciative of Dan, when the original granite company we had ordered from was unable to do the job, he knew someone in that work that we could contact. Exquisite was so nice and came to our aid getting the job done so there was no further delay. Our kitchen is beautiful and is all that we envisioned. In addition, they were priced within our budget.

"The outcome is all I had hoped for and more.  The contractor was concerned that I was satisfied with the job before he would take payment.  There were add-ons in cost for unexpected problems (ie, rotten support columns) and my need to add to the job to make it complete (ie replace doors) but no changes in the cost that were not agreed to by me.  They even repaired a few things (ie my back screen door) without charge.  The experience with this contractor could not have been better!!
