Dave and helper arrived at 9:00 am and took out the old window (I broke one of the small old ones because it landed on my finger) and replaced the picture window, two small windows next to the picture. "We had a piece of small molding that came off our porch from high winds that needed replacing. We also needed our two car garage door frame replaced from multiple dents from hockey pucks. Demyan came within a day to give us a quote and then had it repaired a couple of days later. On the day of repair, they were running a little late because they were on another job before us. We were scheduled for noon. I can't believe they actually called us to let us know they were going to be late and would be there in about half an hour. That was so courteous. They did the job quit quick (yes, it was only a small job, but quick nonetheless), and cleaned up nicely. They were all very polite. We will look forward to having them again for some other small repairs that we have in the back."

"Very unprofessional. The painter brought his dog and put it in a crate in the middle of my dining room. Let our dog out with his. Used my washing machine without my permission because his dog peed on his drop cloth. My husband works third shift and goes to bed early at 7:30 pm. They were aware of this. On a few occasions they were at our house until 8:30 pm. Used my microwave at 7 pm to heat up his dinner without my permission and proceeded to eat while my husband needed to go to bed. Several times to fix my storm door appropriately. First put it on backward and I demanded they turn it around. Tons of excuses for everything.Paint splattered on my couch, microwave, trash can, door knobs. The owner was willing to please the customer but the workers were not. Left all their tools and paint cans throughout my house on a daily basis. No complaints about the roofers

"Sam, the owner, although busy with many other jobs, came within a couple of hours of my calling his office when he heard that water was coming into the house from the roof. He performed all the work himself. Sam explained everything he was going to do, was very pleasant and professional. Will have him return in Spring to do a heat wire installation to prevent ice damming again. I highly recommend Sam and his company.
