"<p>My house is a one story that was built in about 2000. No pets and grandkids are in their teens and 20s. Carpet was looking worn and dirty and the tile in the three bath rooms was grungy and all of the grout was discoulored. Same is true for the tile front entry hall.</p> <p>Called Stanley Steemer on a Thursday or Friday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Two people showed up on time. They were very polite and helpful. Once in the house they took charge and promised me I would be thrilled when they finished. They cleaned 4 tile floors, living room/dining room, 4 bedrooms, and two carpeted hallways. I know the carpet isn't new, but I really love the improvement. The grout cleaning was done so well that the tile looks new.</p> <p>Not a real downside but a warning. The carpet is very wet when they finish. We ran big fans (aimed at the carpet) and it took over 24 hours before the carpet was starting to feel dry using the bare foot test.</p> <br />"
