"We had a roof leak that was dripping into our bathroom. Knowing that a nor'easter storm was approaching in two days, we knew we needed to get someone over quickly. Matt from Elite answered the phone on our first call attempt and agreed to come over that very afternoon to access the problem. He arrived at the designated time, quickly figured out where the problem seemed to be, and agreed to send someone over the very next morning. A member of his team came over in the morning, worked to repair all possible areas which might have been problematic, and even repaired a slat of vinyl siding that had blown off in a previous storm. Matt followed up with us that afternoon, and we weathered the storm that arrived next day with no further leaks. Matt even followed up again the day after that to make sure we had no leaks and no further problems.
