And in their advertising they say most jobs are between 10,000 and 20,000, don't believe that for a moment. If my opinion, the only thing this company does well is hire the right people to get you to sign on the dotted line. To anyone reading this, no I would not recommend this company. And to DaBella (owner) don't bother replying, I know you don't care."

"I do NOT recommend "Home Pros Construction." The main problem was poor communication. It took a little over 2 months to complete the project once I signed the contract and paid the deposit. During this time, I spoke to their staff on multiple occasions. I was frequently given conflicting information. Compounding the communication problem, "Home Pros" sub-contracts their jobs-- so a 2nd company delivered the materials and a 3rd sent the work crew. When questions or issues came up, no one on site knew anything. So I had to contact the main office in Eugene. From the beginning, I requested the use of tarps to help contain the mess. My concerns were dismissed. And the crew waited until after dark to do any clean up-- so, naturally, they missed some. The morning after the roof was completed, I found a dozen old nails in my parking spot alone. I'll be much more careful who I hire in the future."
