The free estimate provided various options for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were thorough and communicated with me multiple times during the four-day install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is amazing. I certainly recommend their service."

"They did a great job of communicating, usually with minutes of me emailing them. Some of crew didn't speak much English but always one guy that could communicate with me. Only a couple of problems: they left tools propped out front against our garage door which I felt the need to cover up with a tarp, and sure enough, one worker had a back pack stolen from that area after leaving it there overnight. The roof looks good, shingles are as ordered and is working well. The whole roof was replaced in 3 days including cleanup which was quite thorough. Done in October, finished just before torrential rain. Competitive price. The other problem is that modern code requires longer nails so some nails are poking through our eave area and our attic area above the garage due the the thin roof wood, but that isn't something they could avoid. Very satisfied."

They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk. "Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

Their bids were significantly lower than all others and they worked with us on our timeline. They were respectful of our budget and didn’t push us to do more than was necessary. We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work.
