"Wonderfully! Lifetime was not the lowest bidder on either project but offered much more value and a LIFETIME warranty which really helped on resale. During our house project (~$30,000) the project manager pointed out that because there actually was no problem behind the brick facia (original forensic finding by another firm said there was), we could save several thousand $ by not removing/replacing. They didn't have to tell us that but they did, and that's the kind of company they are...they have their customer's best interest in mind. Similarly during the townhome community project (~$1,200,000) they found some exterior wiring issues not caught by the city inspectors and fixed them at NO Charge! And their cost to re-roof the townhomes was tens of thousands less than comparable bids. During the past year we ended up selling both units for a handsome profit almost instantly, due in no small part to the increased curb appeal and lifetime warranty. "They were not available for my microwave but did other work for me. They are my first choice for all home handyman needs. They did my front room that had had water damage in the floor and walls. They replaced my floor and some of the dry rot in the sub floor. They removed some mold and plaster and re plastered it. texture and trim was also done very well. The workmanship and persistence the job was very difficult in the end. He Also did some removal and demolished a old plywood awning that was a hazard. Also, painted both sides of my home and some trim also. He also replaced and repaired a 20 feet of fencing damaged and replaced hauled all remnants off. cleaned all of areas worked. Will use for any future needs. Always a pleasure."

"I needed a bid on my office and my home. The office bid was returned promptly, the bid was accepted and the work was done. However, I requested that one of the downspouts be replaced as it didn't match the other corresponding downspout on the opposite side of the porch. NO RESPONSE or COMMENT from the contractor. The contractor DID leave a card at my home indicating he reviewed the house for a bid. However, I have not received a bid for this job. After requesting the bid from the contractor I was assured that it would be taken care of ... but never received after approximately 2 months!"
