"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

"I hired Steve to tear out and replace my mom's very steep stairs on her manufactured home with safety being the #1 priority, and add rails and roofs to front and back. He did a fantastic job, and stayed within budget and schedule, and kept his worksite super clean. Even my very difficult 82yr. old mother was happy! "

"I do NOT recommend "Home Pros Construction." The main problem was poor communication. It took a little over 2 months to complete the project once I signed the contract and paid the deposit. During this time, I spoke to their staff on multiple occasions. I was frequently given conflicting information. Compounding the communication problem, "Home Pros" sub-contracts their jobs-- so a 2nd company delivered the materials and a 3rd sent the work crew. When questions or issues came up, no one on site knew anything. So I had to contact the main office in Eugene. From the beginning, I requested the use of tarps to help contain the mess. My concerns were dismissed. And the crew waited until after dark to do any clean up-- so, naturally, they missed some. The morning after the roof was completed, I found a dozen old nails in my parking spot alone. I'll be much more careful who I hire in the future."

"Kent (owner) gave us a fair proposal. He and Dallas did a great job; very professional. Both are extremely personable, showed up on time, were very concientious to protect our new roof, and kept us in the loop on progress. Would definitely recommend and use them."
