"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"First they didn't show as scheduled. We hired them to capture groundhogs that were in the ditch. For some reason they placed the traps up in the yard. You would think after not catching something they would have moved the traps to the ditch where their burrow was but did not. After 7 days they remove the traps without catching anything or showing any effort to do so. Poor communication between them. What a joke."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"I've used them several times so I thought when I had a water leak on my LG refrigerator, it would not be a problem to repair. They have worked on this refrigerator in the past. When the tech (Robert) arrived, he spent no more that 20 minutes looking for the leak, dispensing water but found nothing. He threw up his hands and left but not before presenting me with a bill for $71.34 for doing nothing. I called another service which found the problem was a leaky hose coupling and a bad water valve. I resent having to pay for a service call when shoddy and incompetent service is the only thing that is delivered. I WILL NOT BE USING DE LONG IN THE FUTURE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OF ABOUT 8 YEARS."
