I was panicked having to find a repairman for my oven and freezer so I took a chance on Rob's and requested a quote at around 10pm online thinking he may get back to me in the morning.....he called me that night at about 1010pm! I used the "PLUS" part of his service and made an odd request of him. Being a broke grandma on fixed income I asked him if he would just diagnose the problems and I would order parts and make the repair myself.
