"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. My cabinets had loosened from the wall and dropped about an inch, causing misalignment of the double doors on each unit. When I posted my cabinet repair needs on Angi on one evening, he responded to me immediately on the next morning. He set up a time for service on a Saturday afternoon, and was at my house when he said he would be. He figured out the problem with my cabinets quickly. The quote for his service was very reasonable, much lower than I expected, and he quickly and professionally completed my repair needs. He’s a nice guy. I highly recommend him for your cabinet needs."

"Steve was a huge asset to our home renovation. We purchased a 30 year old home that was in need of some updates and refreshes. Steve showed up on the day we closed to get us a quote, and go over each item in detail. He came up with a line by line price for each repair we discussed as well as an overall total. We knew we'd need about 3 weeks worth of work, so as you can imagine, once we got into things, we needed to add this, remove that, and fix this other piece. Steve was incredibly flexible with our changes and was able to work around and with the other crews that were doing painting/tiling/etc. He stuck to his timeline, his price, and his word that he was always on time, and he would leave our home as clean as he found it. I've made sure to keep his number in my phone because I'm sure we'll have other things pop up, and I won't hesitate to call Steve for the job. In the end, Steve had cased in a pass through shelving unit and turned it into a wall, he made a false wall above our mantle so that we could have power and cable above our fireplace, he delivered and replaced all our toilets, he repaired a toilet flange that was too high, he removed our built in communication system and patched the drywall, removed an old built-in 'breadbox' attached to our cabinets, installed a new countertop on our wet bar, and the list goes on and on. All the work he did was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"

"Damon and Jeremy were the most accomodating professionals I've ever done business with. I am having new floors installed by another contractor, and upon removal of the old floor, it was discovered that there was some water damage near the door. I didn't know the extent of the damage, but unfortunately didn't have time to wait on my "normal" handyman/contractor. Damon called me at 7am. Was at my house by 1030. Damon went away while I took bids from another contractor. They tore out and re-hung a new door in record time, cleaned up EVERYTHING, paid extra attention to my concerns, and even patiently worked while I supervised."

"I gave Mr. Cook a printed detailed list of the work to be done.  The estimate did not include filling holes carpenter bees had made and painting the unpainted wood on my screened porch.  When I called the office to inquire, I was told that if he had a paintbrush in his hand  he could go ahead and do that part of the list even though it wasn't on the estimate.  Everything else on my list was cosmetic but this job was by far the most important.
The first day they phoned to say traffic was bad on the interstate and they were an hour late.  To be fair, Tuesday I was ill and asked them not to come.  Another day I waited two hours past their scheduled arrival and called them when I hadn't heard from them.  Mr. Cook told me the work I wanted shouldn't take more than 2 days but he ended up being at my house part of 4 days.  His helpers did not show up except for the first day when someone painted my bathroom.
Everything had been done except the carpenter bee job when Mr. Cook told me it was impossible for him to get to the unpainted wood on the screened porch.  I reminded him that job was on the detailed list I'd originally given him and how very important it was to get it done.  As a solution, I suggested that he make a walk board area off the small stoop in order to accomplish that job.  The next day he showed up with boards and started that job.  I provided plastic drop cloths and tape to protect the expensive screens ($1700) I'd had installed last year.  There is now a white blob stain on one screen which I am not happy about.
Professionalism just wasn't there and I expected more from the company.  I didn't expect to have to suggest solutions for problems they encountered in order to get the work done..
Mr. Cook lacks serious attention to painting detail.  I'm 69 years old and my painting days are behind me but I could have done a 100% better job painting my bathroom.  There are quite a few areas in the bathroom I'll need to touch up to make it look like a professional painted it.  He is a pretty good carpenter and the medicine cabinets and folding doors he installed in the bathroom look fine.  He also did a good drywall job patching the hole in the wall where a heater had been removed. He's also not careful about keeping paint off where it shouldn't be.
Cleanup was sketchy unfortunately.  He forgot to bring his wet vac the last day to clean the drywall dust up in the bathroom.  He swiped around with a cloth and left a dropped spot of drywall mud on the floor.  The two medicine cabinets were also left behind for me to dispose of.
He also charged me $130 above the estimate for the carpenter bee ordeal.  It was a stressful week and I would not have the company back.
