"They had to come back twice. They were happy to do that. The first time they came back it was because they missed a spot from the carpet. When they had moved the furniture around, it got put on top of the areas that need attention. They didn't see them before they leave. We had laid custom tile and there were spots all over the tile that didn't come out at all after the buffing and cleaning of it. That was the main reason of them coming back. They attempted to do a light acid wash to get the spots off. I believe it was a result of after the insulation of the tile and the mortar that goes in between. It sat there after the installer wiped it but yet for some reason, it just created stubborn spots. They just weren't able to get that up the first time. The guy left when the floor was still wet assuming that it was going to be taken care of. After it dried, they were still there. Somebody told me to try vinegar. I went down there with some towels and vinegar and going one by one with the ceramic. I don't really blame Coit for not being able to resolve it the first time. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. We had some other estimates from some other companies and they were a bit higher. That's one of the reasons we chose Coit because they were giving us probably one of the better prices. I know he worked hard. He was in sweat before he left. Not that he didn't do his job. I was just surprised they didn't have a better solution to my problem. I wasn't real happy with how they responded. When they were here they did their best to their ability. They had a professional attitude. I don't believe I would use them again."
