In order to get our security deposit back, we had to get the wall-to-wall carpet cleaned in a 3-story townhouse we had rented. Ash Maids had a really great deal on AL and they were able to do the job the next day. I met with our technician Mario at the property and he was fully prepared and understood the job we needed. He was super-nice and very professional. Mario did a fantastic job and it didn't even take as long as I thought it would. He texted me when he was done and I met him back at the property. That was that! The carpets looked like new. He was very thorough and even cleaned the vertical sides of every step on the stairs.

 Mario was really great and my husband & I were very impressed with his work, as was our property manager. Most important of all, we got our security deposit back!!!

"I need an electric fireplace assessment/replacement. Their representative Nancy contacted me promptly after my call. Their business is actual fireplaces, not electric so she was not sure how this would work out. The owner came by anyway, which I greatly appreciated, found contact information within the system for me to contact. Both their scheduler, and the owner, Franco, could not have been nicer even though they could not assist me, their professionalism, speaks volumes as to their caring about quality & follow through service. "We have used them for about 3 tears. In all the services, in all the years in Virginia (about 40) we have never had better. They are careful. They really clean, not pretend to clean with a spray of Clorox like so many large companies. Marjouriee and Norge (pronounced Nor-hey) will not keep people who don't like to work or don't clean to their very high standards. They are thorough, honorable and nice. What more could you want."
