"I would highly recommend Mellow Contracting for roofing. Sean is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to speak with. After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. "This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

"I have know Tim for several years. During that time before he was in business for himself we had a bad hail storm in Stafford and I received hail damage on only one side of the roof that faced the damaging wind and hail. The insurance company would only replace the damage side. Tim worked with me and I was able to get a total roof replacement. This was a big blessing. Timâ  s company recently replaced a dozen or so siding, on a three story town house that blew off from high winds. I was able to gather all but one of the torn off siding and Tim replaced all of them and matched the one missing one with a new peace. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us.
