Im a military veteran looking to build my relationship with the community while building trust through my work. Ive worked with companies from corporate to local levels and have watched people get taking through loop holes for basic repairs by being offered the easy replacement option. I love learning new things about how houses were built and ways I can improve the living conditions for the homeowner. \n\nIve done work for affordable housing servicing hundreds of residents to helping customers with growing visions. Being upfront and being honest of all work and pricing is key to proper communication and building the relationship between customer and business. \n\nI strive to perform at a 5 star level and achieving your overall goal.

I have over 30 years experience in the trades as a licensed builder out of the state of Massachusetts. I also hold a Massachusetts home improvement contractor license. I specialize in kitchens, bathrooms and small additions. I handle all aspects of the construction process from Demo to painting to assure the utmost in quality and cost.

"The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."

"Andre and Tracy presented a very professional proposal that included work and pricing. Their workmanship in refinishing old kitchen cabinets was excellent. Their manner was friendly and helpful in refining design details and adding owner-requested additions to the project. They were enthusiastic and energetic. I highly recommend Assured Quality Coatings!"
