Consistent with being a small company, a minor criticism is that it wasn't so easy to get in touch with them but it worked out well in the end. Overall, will definitely use again."

"This was by far the best customer service I have received. I walked in with my old vacuum looking to get it repaired. They immediately diagnosed the problem and gave some good advice on the purchase of a new one versus repair. I wasn't ready to make a decision right then. As a result I was offered a "loaner" vacuum until I made up my mind... even if I didn't make a purchase. My wife and I came back later that week and made a purchase. The product we ended up buying is great but the service was even better. I will never go anywhere else for vacuum repair or purchase.
