"Had tub removed and replaced with shower. The installer and his son was professional. The job was completed in the same day. Only thing is he will need to come back because the shower head was not placed properly."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

The installer was a true craftsman who managed to match my gumwood trim and work with the siding on the outside of my house so that it looked like it had always been there. "Work performed well. Looks good. Will wait to see how it holds up to normal use. From what we understand the product is somewhat fragile (i.e. you're not supposed to sit bottles etc. on the edged of the tub, no suction cups on the walls, basically nothing is supposed to sit on the refinished areas, so where are you supposed to put your shower stuff??) Like I said, we will wait and see how it holds up over the next few years. Overall the two guys who came to do the work were great. Very nice and willing to explain everything in detail. They did very good work. You wouldn't even know the bathtub used to be blue."
