"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. "They could have had us spend pointless money on doing exterior plumbing to fix a clog in the sewer line, but they noticed just how out of code our plumbing was. They combined both outgoing sewer lines leaving our basement and used that opportunity to bring our plumbing back up do code too. To me that was a demonstration of their concern for the customer over their own profits. They were also ethical in their pricing by not charging us for something they missed when the inspector came by."

"Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

"The crew of 5 did a great job installing a new Cummins generator. They had to run a new gas line from the meter, through the basement and out to the backyard. Also had to reroute many electrical connections. The generator activates twice a month for 20 minutes. All automatic. They installed a wifi connection from the generator to Anderson. Price was much lower than quotes from local plumbing companies who were mostly offering an inferior product. Cummins is highly recommended for cold climates."
