"Avert Radon LLC , specifically Chance, recently completed radon mitigation work at my residence, installing two systems. I typically refrain from writing reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with Avert Radon LLC . I'm extremely satisfied with the results, as the radon levels are now virtually undetectable. Chance demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. The communication was excellent, and their meticulous attention to detail was also outstanding. Furthermore, their post-installation follow-up has been consistently excellent. I highly recommend this company without reservation. They are among the best service providers I've encountered. if I could give it more than five stars, I certainly would!"

"Mark Pierce was very helpful and thorough. We are moving from TX to NC and could not be there for the inspection but Mark called and went over everything he found concerning with us. We used them for the home inspection, water test and radon test and were very happy with their service."

"Daniel was extremely thorough and Professional. I had a few questions and concerns about buying this home, Daniel was personable and willing to make sure I understood everything. He walked through things that would need to be done and (when I ask) gave an estimated time frame I would want to have it done by. I had a VA Loan so he did the water test required for that too. Best $ I spent in this whole money grabbing home buying process. I highly recommend him for your home inspection and will use again myself If I need to.  Richard, Lake Lure"

"He was knowledgeable, very trust worthy and easy to work with and you could tell he was easy to work with. He will tell you in his proposal there may be issues. If these things happen, he gives you and idea of what to do from there, and how probable this may be, and that helps."

"They are very professional, on time, and thorough. They are very easy to work with."

"First of all I called this company on a holiday weekend and someone promptly answered my call. Chris spent a lot of time with me throughly answering all my questions. He did the inspection the next workday. I would recommend him to everyone."
