"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "I was in desperate need of new front steps that were pitched back towards the house and were leaking into the basement. I did not want hollow pre-fab steps. I called Tim and he called me back timely, we arranged for him to come look at the stairs and he showed up when he said he would. He gave me an estimate and told me it would be in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, he was there! (Of course with a a phone call to me the week before). His crew jackhammered the old steps, took away the rubble, installed flashing and rebar where necessary and poured the new steps. I was going to get plain old concrete stairs and he suggested a basic stamp (Vegas I think) with a pop of color. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! (See for yourself with the before and after pics) One year later (2017) when a chimney contractor got some mortar on the steps and they were dulled, Tim came back and put a coating on them to revive the look. He did this free of charge, which is a sign of someone who values his customers and stands by his work. I would hire Tim again for any concrete work and recommend him highly."

"My constantly wet basement is now dry! It is almost all new concrete. The section where my well pump, water softener was boxed off and filled with rock and was constantly wet. I spoke to a supervisor who agreed that the drain could extend behind boxed area and covered with concrete. I thought the workers were informed by the supervisor. I told them what I wanted done. When they were finished, there were still wet rocks there. I explained again and one of the workers said "you want cement?" Now there's a thin layer of cement that is always wet. The drain pipe outside is only inches from the surface, in the middle of the yard. I can only have wood delivered to one side of the house."

"aThe job went very well.  The team completed the job in about 5 days, which required jackhammering about 1' x 125' foot of material, disposing of the material via wheelbarrow to their truck, installing perforated pipe and crushed stone and then covering it all with concrete.  <br /> Since then I haven't had any water in the basement.   As a bonus they tied in my one of my gutter downspouts to the drain line that ran to the back of the property. <br /> I just recently joined Angie's List and had to make sure these guys commended for the great job they did."
