"As one of the several options we investigated for the roof replacement of our house, we contacted Chris from All Ears Roofing (previously named Manchac Roofing), which is a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster roofing company. He did an excellent job explaining their products with his in-depth knowledge and perspective and he also helped us to get a good deal for the roofing project, which finally convinced us to take their service. Chris then walked us through the scheduling process, keeping us in a loop every step of the way. He always explained all the details from selection of different types of top quality CertainTeed shingles to the many years warranty service and answered every question patiently from us. The installation crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. Chris performed the quality check with us afterwards and we are very satisfied with the newly replaced roof which is gorgeous. We greatly appreciate the high-quality job that was done at our house from Manchac Roofing and would highly recommend Chris and the company to anyone who has the needs!"

"I spoke with several roofers before hiring Carlos, and he stood out because he was honest and straightforward from the start. He didn?t pressure me into anything or try to sell me on work that wasn?t necessary. He explained what needed to be done, what it would cost, and kept everything clear throughout the job. The work was completed as promised, the roof looks great, and there were no surprise charges. I appreciate dealing with someone who is dependable, communicates well, and does what he says he?s going to do. I?d definitely recommend Carlos for roofing work."
