He offered to show me his Angi badge as proof of identification. He was polite, experienced, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He quickly identified the issue with my oven, clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my oven, quoted a reasonable fee for his service, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Luckily for us, our refrigerator broke the same week. He put it on life support while we decided if we wanted to invest in the part to repair it or buy a new one. "Showed up on time, gave text they were on way, younger than I expected but was exceptionally clean, properly attired, had the tools to do the work, was friendly and polite, quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work, I observed that he knew what he was doing, comfortable using electrical meters, etc., and when done cleaned up his workspace like the old time repair guys used to do !!!!
