"They arrived on time and got my oven repaired super quickly! Yay!"

"They were the most competitive with their diagnostic fee. After we decided to move forward with Victor repairing our kitchen vent hood the diagnostic fee was waived. I loved how they were never pushy. Our kitchen vent hood motor was powering, but the fan was not spinning. So Victor recommended we could have either replaced a motor or replace the entire unit. We opted to just replace the motor because everything else was working. They were professional, respectful, and clean. Highly recommend."

"Technician has wonderful customer service skills, and did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our oven. Highly recommend!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"12/5/23. Gabriel James with A 10 Appliance Repair was the technician for my oven repair. He responded immediately to my text and he arrived at my home on time the very next day. He offered to show me his Angi badge as proof of identification. He was polite, experienced, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He quickly identified the issue with my oven, clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my oven, quoted a reasonable fee for his service, and completed the repair in a timely manner. He also gave me good pointers on how to clean my oven. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my oven repair from start to finish. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. You wonâ t find a better or more honest appliance man than Gabriel James with A 10 Appliance Repair."
