We are also collaborating with many other local subcontractors for the projects if we need back up to ensure timely completion of our projects. We require a 50% initial deposit for most of the small projects and 33.3% for larger projects to start. We also accept credit card payments with 2.75% service charge additional. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express. We offer seasonal promotions such as Spring, Summer and Winter end or beginning specials as much as 15% depending on the size of the project
