We have since still been using Millennium for their bi-weekly cleaning service that includes open/close for 4 years now. "

I had the pleasure of working with the daughter and she ensured the proper contract was in place and answered any of my questions prior to the project beginning. She managed the process seamlessly and ensured she kept proper documentation throughout the process. Then her father and his team begin the work efficiently following through on all aspects of the contract. They even tweaked a few things along the way as I asked. Customer service was delivered on a high level along with quality work. The price point was also fair with warranty on the work prepared. The job was completed on time and mom came in to do a final cleaning of all of the spaces effected by the renovation. I will certainly be doing business with this company again. It is hard to find honest and reliable contractor so I am happy to have found one."

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "HD Exteriors replaced our 20 year-old wood deck with a beautiful new Trex deck in April. We had gotten 4 presentations from companies based on contacts we got from the Capital Home Show, and HD Exteriors was head and shoulders above all the others in design, detail, cost, and communication. Graham Jr., was our point of contact in setting our contract, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered suggestions and didn’t try to upsell us. We were given a start timeframe, but our actual start date was earlier, which we appreciated. Throughout the entire process of signing the contract, having questions answered, being assigned a project manager, (Jai, who was always accessible and awesome) and the actual work being done, the communication was excellent. We were notified when workers would be onsite, when inspections were scheduled, when walk-thrus were done, and had access via text to our PM. All of it was extremely well done. The deck was finished with excellent workmanship, even when they installed a style of steps they’d never done before. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire company and how they operated. They were a pleasure to work with. We’re just sorry we don’t have anything else for them to build!"

"I contacted RC Home Renovations to repair the soffit on our front porch. Richard came out to review the work and provided me a quote via email which I agreed to and signed. I was told that the work would be completed on a Saturday (July 17th) which was 11 days away from the date of the signed contract. I received a text around 8am Saturday morning (THE MORNING OF!) stating that they couldn't locate the plywood for the soffit so they have to order it but its not coming in until the following week. I text Richard the following Wednesday asking for an update....no response. I followed up with another text the following Monday...no response. I never heard anything back so I hired someone else to complete the job which is being completed as I type this."
