Not that this is a big deal, but transparency and upfront honesty is huge to me... and I really don't like giving my credit card number to someone I don't know and have not met over the phone (which I had to do. Apparently, the additional $7.50 was the charge for doing this, which would've been nice to know ahead of time). I was also told I'd receive a formal estimate to repair what was found the morning of and have still yet to receive this. Days later and after having sent a few reminders/ inquiries about this. I hired this company based on the reviews I'd read; however, I'm disheartened to say, a 4 or 5 star rating was simply not reflective of my experience and interactions."
