The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. The two individual vanities were replaced with one single wide vanity. And the floor and wall tiles were replaced with better quality materials. We got our dream bath.
