He sent someone else even though it was twice confirmed it would be him. The tech that arrived walked about 20 feet into my living room, shined a flashlight into my fireplace and told me the wildlife was protected and couldnâ t help. I was promptly charged $133. I had agreed to this fee, as it would have been applied to the job had I hired them to do the work. I had every expectation of hiring them, but as they couldnâ t help, I did not have that option. I have no problem paying a fair price for services performed, but a 5 minute call does not warrant this expense."
