"I have a large deck with a grape vine top. It was in dire need of repairs(washing, sanding, replacing rotted wood, staining) I called J. Corrigan from Angie's list. He arrived estimated and I contracted with him. His team arrived and an excellent job was performed in the amount of time given. I will be calling them again for other projects. "Thanks Joe and team for a job well done.""

"EXPERIENCE WAS ABOVE EXPECTATION THEY CAME PERFORM THEIR INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGE, THEY EVEN INSPECTED THE REST OF THE ROOF AND SHOW ME PIC OF WHAT COULD BE A FUTURE PROBLEM. THE JOB WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND THE PRICE FOR THE JOB WAS WELL AFFORDABLE. DEFINETLY WOULD SUGGEST THEM AND I WILL DEFINETLY BE USING THEM FOR FUTURE PROJECT."

"The owner came out and gave me a quote on a new roof. I felt he was very professional and explained everything. I decided to go with SJM roofing and they came out within a few days and did an excellent job! Everyone did a great job and left everything immaculate! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for roofing or siding."

"A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement."

"Had popcorn ceiling applied to my ceiling for the acoustic advantage. As a speech therapist this ia greatly needed. The previously coat I had was falling apart. I contracted the Overstate's team to have the job done and was not disappointed. They ware respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job and worked quickly. Thank for such a thourough job especially during that ghorrid heat wave we had. I will definitely be using you for my upcoming projects."

"Brian was great. He called when he was delayed and arrived at the new time when he said he would. He inspected the roof and determined that squirrels had chewed and damaged the lead flashing around the chimney leading to water running down a rafter. He did a repair with silicone to make certain it would not leak and scheduled a time for them to come back to do a permanent repair.

"I contacted Dave based on his amazing reviews on Angie's List and he did not disappoint. After some strong windstorms a couple months back, I was finding some shingle pieces on my lawn. I became concerned as my roof is now 20 years old and called a couple roofers. I initially left Dave a voice mail and he called me back promptly and arranged a time to come out. A roofer from another company that I called randomly showed up at my house a half hour before Dave. That gentleman did not get on my roof and quickly wrote me up a quote for full roof replacement for 17k. Dave arrived son thereafter and immediately said "you don't need a new roof." He took out his ladder and actually did an inspection of my roof. He suggested that he replace some shingles that needed replacement and wrote me up a quote for $350. He promised to come back in a couple weeks to do the work. As promised, he texted me in a couple weeks and arrived at the scheduled day and time. You can't even tell the crew had been here after they left. First of all the shingles were a perfect match to my existing 20 year old shingles and secondly there wasn't a speck of debris left behind. Dave called me outside to chat afterwards and then only charged me $300. I highly recommend using Dave and his crew for your roof. He is the kind of guy that you hope to be able to hire for every trade. Honest, reliable and does a great job. Thank you Dave!"

"Very unprofessional. The painter brought his dog and put it in a crate in the middle of my dining room. Let our dog out with his. Used my washing machine without my permission because his dog peed on his drop cloth. My husband works third shift and goes to bed early at 7:30 pm. They were aware of this. On a few occasions they were at our house until 8:30 pm. Used my microwave at 7 pm to heat up his dinner without my permission and proceeded to eat while my husband needed to go to bed. Several times to fix my storm door appropriately. First put it on backward and I demanded they turn it around. Tons of excuses for everything.Paint splattered on my couch, microwave, trash can, door knobs. The owner was willing to please the customer but the workers were not. Left all their tools and paint cans throughout my house on a daily basis. No complaints about the roofers

"Sam, the owner, although busy with many other jobs, came within a couple of hours of my calling his office when he heard that water was coming into the house from the roof. He performed all the work himself. Sam explained everything he was going to do, was very pleasant and professional. Will have him return in Spring to do a heat wire installation to prevent ice damming again. I highly recommend Sam and his company.
