"They came to our house within an hour of my call, had the problem diagnosed and repaired shortly after that. Very professional and friendly. Jamie even got on the phone with our insurance adjuster to make sure they had the info they needed to pay the claim on the resulting damages to our walls. Will 100% use again."

"When he came to our house he did the other jobs very well and said that he would come back a few days later and then made excuses why he couldn't come back to fix the dripping shower. He said that the shower faucet needed to be replaced and he had a tough time taking it apart and was going to cut the pipe, our tile and then replace with a larger vanity plate with a new faucet. Our friend came over and was able to remove it in seconds. He never did show up to fix it - first it was going to be 3 days and then the following week (Saturday) and then never called and never came. As said before, he did a good job fixing what he did do but never completed the task that we originally asked him to fix. Our friend saved us several hundred dollars and now we don't have to cut into our tile."

"Josh was great. I felt like we worked as a team. I came up with the ideas and he made it happen. He is very trustworthy. We went on vacation one year and came back to new hardwood floors as well as custom crown molding. He built our pool deck and did minor shingle repair. He also placed ceramic tiles in our master bathroom."

"I can’t say enough good things about FLT Trucking! They are extremely professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Be sure to contact them for any of your landscaping, excavating, or hauling needs. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Don was great. I’ve used him for a few different jobs from replacing exterior lights to replacing a patio door that was a non-standard size and required extra work. He went the extra mile to do a great job."

"We have hired Mike for several jobs over the past year or so. Hanging a tv, repairing an electrical outlet, minor sink repair and replacing lights in our garage. We will continue to hire him as needed. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and his pricing is very reasonable. He’s very dependable and trustworthy."

"The services performed were beyond excellent! Each repair, installation and remodel was how I envisioned it and they made it happen within the time given for a reasonable price! The team was well organized, performed accordingly, and demonstrated qualities you should look for such as; focus, determination, vision and persistence. Definitely would hire them again for future references!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They done an extremely good job, we was very pleased and would hire them again to do our work. If you need a roof or remodeling or just anything, I would highly recommend him."

"

Very detail oriented, quick responses to our questions and building choices.

Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.
