"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Profi did an excellent job on my bathroom tile shower and heated floor. I had a complex mosaic tile and it was installed flawlessly."

"I couldn’t be happier with my new shower installation! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the price was fantastic compared to other quotes I received. Trey was absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He made sure everything was done right and answered all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service at a great value. Thank you, Trey, for such a great experience!"

"We had a great experience working with Trident. From the initial meeting to discuss and plan our shower replacement, to the demo and installation day that took place well within the promised timeframe, all of the employees that we worked with were very professional. The customer service was outstanding and the project turned out absolutely great. Uwe and Devon were a pleasure to work with on the front end, and Jose did a phenomenal job on the installation. We are very happy we chose Trident for our project!"

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."

"I was very pleased with the results. Needed an update on my shower, and FHC provided me with a prompt and professional sales rep, and followed up with a competent and polished install team. Quick, painless, and very satisfied."

"The materials were excellent and service exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and came out at 8 PM to give the quote to fit our schedule. The guy who came out and installed the siding I would like to give more than 5 stars."

"I had the pleasure of working with Amanda today to replace our old fiberglass tub and shower unit with what is a far superior system to what we have currently. She explained how the new system will not need to be caulked and I am excited about not having to clean all of that. She worked with me on price and we are looking forward to a new bathroom in a few weeks."
