"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

Rick came out and actually got on the roof before giving an in depth quote. I have a barn style roof with a steep pitch and metal on the edges. He answered all my questions and explained all options in detail before we decided to go ahead. Fast forward to Roofing Day. Cory, the project manager, and his crew were superb, keeping me informed on the process and delivering great results quickly. They did such a good job cleaning that I didn't even find a nail in my yard. They even cleaned my gutters! The job was finished on budget and they did not expect final payment until I was completely satisfied and the city inspector signed off on the project. They also worked with the inspector and answered all of his questions. The inspector was impressed with the work as well and he has a reputation around the neighborhood for being a stickler for the rules and quality. I have hired numerous contractors over the years for projects large and small and Rick's Roofing is the best of the bunch. I would hire these guys again in a second."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"In 2015, Greene installed an egress window. I was very happy with their work and their company. In 2016, I got their bid to install new storm windows on my house. They also measured and gave me a bid to put new siding on my garage, even though I had only mentioned this in passing and I told them I was not ready to have that done for another year or two. After waiting several months, into the cold weather, without hearing anything about my storm windows, I inquired and got a short, curt email back saying the company was over booked and under staffed and they would not be able to install my storm windows, and that I should get a handyman. Needless to say, I am having to go through another window with my old, non-functioning storm windows."
