He was able to determine that our roof, designed in 1997, had a flaw in the flashing and tile placement . We discussed the scope of work needed to fix the flaws properly. Aaron was so nice, kind, knowledgeable, articulate, and compassionate that he was able to completely put our minds and anxiety (caused by others) at ease so adequately that the repairs started the next day. "This roofing job started off bad and continued to the finish. I wanted a professional with a few requirements. Be careful of original structure as it is prefabbed. The workers punched twelve holes in sheeting removing old roof material, requiring sheeting overlay. I requested that roofing nails not protrude through roof in patio area. They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail. "
