With over 10 yrs and family owned and operated for 50 yrs, I first observe the floor that is currently down if any. Then we discuss what flooring options you are wanting. I do have a show case, what I have most customers do is send me pictures of colors they like and I bring samples with me same day I do the quote. Then we discuss what flooring prep is needed to be done. I install hardwood, vinyl plank click together, vinyl plank glue down, laminate, and carpet. I also install plywood. I also install trim such as baseboards and quarter round. I also pour self leveling compound if there is an un level area in the floor. I have went through seminars to learn new recommendations for different flooring needs.\nWe also install new interior door frame kits. Great deal that most customers like is you deal with me the owner start to finish I am on all my job sites customers don't have to go through 2 or 3 different people for a job site. I am able to do that because we do one job at a time customers aren't just a number to me, I try to build relationships with all customers for returning business.

"The work was fine.  We also hired him to install the Pergola and that's going really slow.  He is not aggressive in going out to actually start the process.  He has the money for three weeks.  He did a good job with the door replacement.  We hired him again to put in the pergola and he is not aggressive with getting the job done.  He is a very personable guy and did a quality job with installing the door.  We don't like is the lack of getting the next job done.  He seems to be very knowledgeable about the doors.  We need to see if he is good with installing the pergola."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"We are extremely please with Nagas Landscape and Design.  I found them through Angie's list and another person's review.  From the beginning Jason listened to what we needed and discussed options, especially in regard to the drainage into our crawlspace.  Last year we had mold work done in the crawlspace.  When the house was built a 5% grade was not put on the east side of our house.  Jason explained that a 5% grade would not really be helpful since we live on the downside of the house next to us (the whole street is pretty much on a decline down).  He suggested a digging a swell with river rock to catch most of the water.  He made it look quite nice.  He also put in a 3-4 ft flower bed, which I've wanted since we moved in 10 years ago, and planted the flowers we bought, plus mulched the flower beds, new and existing.  He took out a dead butterfly bush (cold winter and cut back too far killed it).  The deck had several places that needed repaired, all of it needed cleaned and stained. This took a little longer than expected as it hadn't been treated in a while, but not unduly so.  Also, the house siding needed power washed and Jason's crew also did this.  They were courteous the whole time,  We appreciated Jason taking the time to discuss what was happening and when they would be here.  He kept us informed of delays do to weather.  The whole experience was a pleasant one and we definitely would hire them again and recommend Nagas Landscape and Design.
