There was one installer but he worked ...no joke 10.5 hours until the just was completed. Best part was the touch up that he did to make sure my fence looked immaculate. "Needed some posts on my aluminum fence reinstalled as they were starting to lean. Mr. Sanchez responded quickly, came the same day, gave me an estimate, and returned the net day to do the service. They were prompt, courteous and did a good job."

"Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances.
They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home.
The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise.
They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated.

"I contracted with Paragon Remodeling Group/Safe Trust roofing for the installation of three security/storm doors, replacement of a gable vent and a minor masonry repair. The job was off to a slow start with multiple concerns involving the installation of the doors (life is never perfect and things don't always go as planned). "Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"
