"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"One guy came in a Van; he had everything in it including generator and water. Very good guy and spent about 4 hours cleaning. Overall I would recommend them, it's convenient that the come to your place and overall a decent job. But if you want a very through detailed (where they take out seats etc); I think the traditional detailers (though expensive) are still way to go than mobile detailers."

"Jeff fixed many of the minor items and pointed out repairs which will need to be done eventually and one minor repair which we scheduled for a later time which needed to be addressed immediately. He explained everything in great detail and provided good value and knowledge on the state of my roof."

"Immediately responded and took photos of damaged areas on roof needing repair. Did the job in less than a week at a fair price, took photos of completed work. Very professionally handled. Highly recommend."

"Everything turned out fine. They were very polite and courteous. They seemed to do a good job. They were very responsive to me.  I liked the color of the roof. The work took two days to complete. My only issue I had was I kept finding roofing nails in the yard later on and I have pets so I was concerned."

"Bill was very professional. They installed a roof for me in 2013 and I knew then I would use them again.  They are very professional and courteous.  They explained everything in detail and followed-up. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Most recently, I have used BTR for repair and "handyman" work. I had the same experience with them.  I would use them again.

"It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future. I was pleased with the professionalism of Jerry and his crew member."

"I contacted Alex Caprar and left a message. He returned my call in less than 30 minutes. I followed with a text containing pictures to give him a good idea of my potential problem. He returned my text promptly with a phone call to schedule an appointment the next day. Based upon that interaction, I was starting to think I had contacted the right professional. The next day he arrived five minutes before the appointed time. He was quite professional and discussed my potential clogged gutter to ensure he understood my problem. He discovered that two downspouts located in close proximity were clogged. He cleaned each downspout, but also looked at all my gutters and downspouts to ensure that all were clear. I asked what I owed him for his services. He indicated that he did not do that much work and gave me an idea of what he thought was fair. I ended up writing a check for more than he quoted and let him know that I appreciated his professional approach, quick response and excellent work. Needles to say, I would highly recommend Alex for any gutter cleaning and repair work. If you use his services, I think you will end up having a pleasant day."
