My name is Daniel Verenchuk. I have been building since 1996. I have a very wide range of construction experiences from mixing mortar to supervising and managing huge projects. As a fully-certified professional, I'm ready to tackle anything from the complex and large scale construction projects to the smallest of repair jobs. I enjoy when my clients are happy. My great-grandfather Daniel Tkachuk traveled by boat to Canada and earned some money that he used to build homes and buy land for his children upon return to Moldova. Later the communists took all the land away from him. He was lucky to keep his life. Because all of my ancestors were Christians after the revolution the best occupation for them was construction that allowed more freedom and finances. When I was a teenager the USSR collapsed and there was no work in my country Moldova so we moved closer to Moscow. There I started my career building fireplaces and brick stoves with my mom who learned the trade from her father. I did not finish middle school because I was needed at work. My brother later opened a small log home construction business and you can see his and my projects at wooddom.com. In 2012 I moved to the states, got a college degree and started my business here. I am a licensed contractor here Lexington KY and I enjoy what I do. Over the years I learned to hire the right people. I am excited to help you with your projects.

"They contacted me almost immediately after submitting my project. It was outstanding service. Brian completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned the area spotlessly before leaving. He was well-trained, honest, helpful, and prompt. He also tightened the screws on my front door hinges before leaving, because the door did not close correctly and it bothered him. That was awesome!!!!"

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"For several years I had noticed a crack in our foundation and over time I had noticed it had gotten worse. I reached out to CDW Construction to come out to see if it could be repaired, the next day they had someone at our home that ensured it could be fixed. The next week they had a crew at my house starting the job. The job was completed quickly and efficient. I am so glad that I reached out because they have exceeded my expectations. Good work and great prices! Thank you CDW Construction."

"Built a nice insert covering for crawlspace opening which looked very good and did the job nicely. Just okay on the banister repair. It looked very basic and spindle spacing was not precise. He agreed to return to add a new top-piece, but never did. I had to nail the original one in place. Unable to accomplish getting door-closure gap in any better shape."

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"
