When we purchased out house, we knew the roof would have to be replaced because it was about 15 years old and the type of shingle installed had quality defects which caused it to prematurely wear. After the hailstorm hit the city, I didn’t really think anything of it until Gus came knocking on the door. Gus was very professional and walked me through every step of the process and even assisted in the insurance claim call. He went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, was on budget, and completed in a reasonable manor. When the team showed up to rip and replace, I was already at work and by the time I got home they were nearly finished and cleaning up.
