They came in leveled and graded my drive hauled away some dirt and broken concrete set the forms and finished the site prep all in one day They returned a day later poured and finished my 73 foot long 15 foot wide driveway on one day. They returned a day later to clean up, remove forms and apply the sealer. Upon their departure they left behind nothing but a beautiful Roman slate textured driveway! In the end I could not be happier! My driveway looks great and literally sparkles as if it was natural slate! Just as Joseph promised! You won't be disappointed!"

"They almost finished but I made the mistake of paying when they were almost done. They didn't show up to remove the last of the plywood forms for the retaining wall. I called at least 4 times and requested that Nelson, the owner of the Co. to send someone to complete the job. He told me 4 times ok and gave me a day when they would come to do that. All 4 times no one showed up. And no one called to say they wouldn't be there. I feel that Nelson was playing with me but do not understand why? I paid in full. $12,000 + tax. Also, he requested I make the check out to his name. I don't know if that is legal to do or not. But I did it."

We contacted Mike from Iate Life Concrete to remove the concrete driveway and replace it with a new one. Mike was able to start right away and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs. Needless to say we were very skeptical of anyone that we talked to since we had such a bad experience just a week prior to meeting Mike. He was quite reassuring and calmed all our fears. The driveway came out perfect and their crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. My only complaint is that we ordered colored concrete and didn't get it. However, Mike did offer us several solutions for the problem so it ended up not being a problem in the end. We are very happy with the result and would hire Iate Life Concrete again."

"This team had the best estimate and did really honest work. In one day they had cleared out the old driveway and did site prep. Second day they had the forms up, third day had the rebar done and poured on the forth. I've had so many neighbors swing by and say how nice the 35' x 40' driveway for 6 cars turned out and ask for their number. 10 out of 10 I would use this group again. Still have a spare bathroom on slab and 15' x 30' stamped concrete patio to do next spring and they are going to be the ones that I call."
