"It went great. Shay was able to help me get rid of these iron radiators and did a fantastic job of getting it done. He really wants to help you get the job done. Highly recommend very professional and accommodating. Very pleased!"

"Jon B and his crew were a delight to work with. I interviewed 4 general contractors and Jon was the most professional, accurate, and focused contractor. He remodeled a bathroom for me, installed exterior doors, and ended up remodeling my laundry room too! The work performed was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. The crew was professional and a pleasure to work with. I even asked Jon to come back after the project was completed to help with another project that he squeezed in his schedule to accommodate me. I would recommend Jon B. Construction to anyone that wants their project completed efficiently."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

"

Did the cleaning within 2 days of purchasing the deal through Angie's list.  I left the key so I did not need to be home.  Was looking to get rid of smoky smell in most rooms and spots on one rug.  Everything turned out really well.  Great quality, fair price, fast, and easy.  I'm very satisfied.

"Jose and his team at J&T did an excellent job. Very pleased to have worked with them on our kitchen renovation. They were extremely informative throughout the work, helping guide us to make the right decisions as the work progressed. Additionally, J&T is very fair and transparent on the price and even helped us get better contractor discounts for the majority of our materials. Additionally, J&T worked around our schedule to see the job through. Will definitely hire again. Very happy with the J&T team and the finished product. Thanks!"

"This was the best most professional job we have had on our house. Tony and crew were very professional and precise. The trim and doors were expertly done. Clean up was perfect. Very Happy with the results. They worked very hard and met all our concerns immediately. Great job !"

"It wasn't an easy task because there wasn't a level grade to start with. A lot of improvising and re-cutting was needed. In the end the porch was level and sturdy. The project turned out just the way it was requested. An add-on to the job was to re-install the two front porch hand railings after the front porch was replaced as part of an earlier concrete renovation. The materials turned out to cost $240 for the porch and the hand railings cost an extra $100 to install. Special tools were needed to drill the holes in the cement porch and nails to fix the railings to the porch. In the end the project came in under budget and was completed in one day. I am very pleased with the way everything worked out and would recommend Sunshine Residential Renovation and Lee Smith for you next project."
