"JRS contacted me quickly, got to my house and provided quote within 2 hours. Went and got new water heater and supplies. He returned when he said he would. Got the job done in a reasonable time. Left no mess and invoiced what he said he would. Great job. Will go back to him again."

"Easy’s quote was way under the other guys, they offered by far the best financing options, their communication was always clear (and usually through text, which just worked better for me than calls or emails with my schedule), and their work was perfectly done. I have no complaints at all about my new tankless water heater. My house is pretty old too, so there were a few unique solutions they had to come up with during installation, which demonstrated their expertise and critical thinking. Best of all, the installers were great about explaining how it works, giving me plumbing tips for other unrelated fixtures, and explaining my plumbing system to me from their professional perspective so I know better what maintenance to expect in the future. When those issues do arise, I know who to call!"

"The estimate for the job was too good to let go. Very fast installation of new water heater system and PRV. The technician was very knowledgeable and I will recommend and use them moving forward."

"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. Wanna know how it actually works, theyâ ll tell you? Not just, hereâ s how to change a filter. If you need a repair, or a new system, call these guys now. Before their reputation continues to skyrocket and they charge premium because theyâ re the best and honestly worth every penny."

"They got back to us right away and came out with in days to install a water heater. The city inspector was impressed with the cleanliness and it was to code. I would use them again and would recommend to family and friends."

"Installed new water main line. Company kept me updated with work progression, were very polite and professional on the phone. Answered my questions and finished work. It is early so really can't anticipate how long or how problem free."
